Genuine BMW part 12 31 7 503 969: Air channel lower. The number stamped on the part is 12317503969; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7503969. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Alternator with motor and mounting. It supersedes the older number 7503469, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits every E46 body style (320i, 325i and 330i, 2001–2006), with the M54 engine — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 3 diagrams, among them ALTERNATOR PARTS 90A Valeo (12_1083) and Alternator single parts, 120A Bosch (12_1084). It weighs about 60 g (0.1 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
