This is a genuine BMW air shut-off valve, part number 11 61 1 435 983. The number stamped on the part is 11611435983; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1435983. You will find it on our Engine shelf, under Intake manifold system.

It fits the E46 sedan (320i, 323i and 328i, 1999–2005), with the M52 engine.
