Brake disc, ventilated, perforated, left — a genuine BMW part, number 34 11 2 282 871. The number stamped on the part is 34112282871; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2282871. You will find it on our Brakes shelf, under Front wheel brake. It supersedes the older number 0431905, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, convertible and touring (330i, 2001–2006), with the M54 engine — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 2 diagrams, among them Front brake / brake disc (34_1284) and Front wheel brake disc perforated (34_1394). It weighs about 7.6 kg (17 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
