Genuine BMW part 61 13 0 007 256: Bushing contact. The number stamped on the part is 61130007256; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 0007256. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Plug connection, terminal. It supersedes the older numbers 0146387 and 0397197, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i and 325i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 25 diagrams, among them Pin contacts ELO (61_1691) and Pin contacts ELO (61_4900). BMW lists the quantity used as “as required”. It weighs about 7 g (under 0.1 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
