What's Included
Care set, Summer Edition — a genuine BMW part, number 83 12 2 317 823. The number stamped on the part is 83122317823; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2317823. You will find it on our Car Care & Detailing shelf, under Body / sealing, insulating materials. It supersedes the older number 0443884, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 2365533.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
It weighs about 2.9 kg (6.3 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
