The number stamped on the part is 65122293585; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2293585. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Radio, amplifier, CD player. It supersedes the older number 0410191, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
It weighs about 175 g (0.4 lb). It also comes in BMW kits Multimedia changer region 1 (0410167) and Multimedia changer region 2 (0410168) and 7 more.
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
