Centre console, leather, bottle cabinet — a genuine BMW part, number 51 16 7 249 848. The number stamped on the part is 51167249848; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7249848. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Mirrors, trims, storage compartments. It supersedes the older number 6970927, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
BMW draws it on the Fridge, centre console rear (51_5968) diagram. It also comes in BMW kit Retrofit console drinks cabinet (2186494).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
