What's Included

Genuine BMW part 64 53 8 373 004: Condenser, air conditioning. The number stamped on the part is 64538373004; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8373004. You will find it on our AC & Climate Control shelf, under Other Heater and Air Conditioning parts. It supersedes the older number 8369105, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i, 325i and 328i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 13 diagrams, among them "Economic"aircond. syst. single parts II (03_1964) and "Economic"aircond. syst. single parts II (03_1967). It weighs about 2.6 kg (5.7 lb). It also comes in BMW kit Installing Set Automatic Air Conditioner (9405891).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
