Genuine BMW part 65 77 6 912 123: Ctrl unit airbag/side airbag uncoded. The number stamped on the part is 65776912123; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 6912123. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Other Audio, Navigation, Electronic Systems parts. It supersedes the older number 6905491, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 6912755.

It fits every E46 body style (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i, 330i and M3, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54, M56 or S54 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on the Electric parts, airbag (65_0488) diagram. It weighs about 272 g (0.6 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
