Curtains, rear door, with sliders, left — a genuine BMW part, number 51 42 7 324 783. The number stamped on the part is 51427324783; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7324783. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Other Body equipment parts. It supersedes the older number 6988317, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
BMW draws it on the Curtains in the rear (51_6732) diagram.
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
