The number stamped on the part is 65129205270; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9205270. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Radio, amplifier, CD player. It supersedes the older number 9196670, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 9206636 and 9206637.

BMW draws it on 3 diagrams, among them Retrofit kit, DVD changer (03_1197) and Retrofit kit, DVD changer (03_1198). It weighs about 1.5 kg (3.4 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
