This is a genuine BMW exchange navigation computer III, part number 65 90 6 908 530. The number stamped on the part is 65906908530; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 6908530. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Navigation systems. It supersedes the older number 6908312, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 6915036.

It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, convertible and touring (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and 330i, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on the Navigation computer / video module (65_0495) diagram. It weighs about 1.6 kg (3.4 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
