This is a genuine BMW fluid container, part number 61 66 8 370 835. The number stamped on the part is 61668370835; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8370835. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Windscreen washer system. It supersedes the older number 1387383, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits the E36 sedan, coupe, convertible and compact (318i and 320i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 3 diagrams, among them Single Parts for Windshield Cleaning (61_0070) and Single Parts F Cleaning System/Container (61_0150). It weighs about 440 g (1.0 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
