Genuine BMW part 61 66 8 370 834: Fluid container with levelling switch. The number stamped on the part is 61668370834; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8370834. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Windscreen washer system. It supersedes the older number 1387384, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E36 sedan, coupe, convertible and compact (318ti, 320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M42, M50, M52, S50 or S52 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 3 diagrams, among them Single Parts for Windshield Cleaning (61_0070) and Single Parts F Cleaning System/Container (61_0150). It weighs about 352 g (0.8 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
