The number stamped on the part is 61131358604; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1358604. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Plug connection, terminal. It supersedes the older number 1732589, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M50, M52 or S50 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 5 diagrams, among them Wiring Connections (12_0336) and Wiring Connections (12_0392). It weighs about 1 g (under 0.1 lb).
