03 View BMW DiagramSee this part on the official exploded view→This is a genuine BMW gasket set, part number 24 27 7 529 953. The number stamped on the part is 24277529953; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7529953. You will find it on our Transmission shelf, under Sealing kits. It supersedes the older number 7509732, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan and touring (325xi and 330xi, 2001–2005), with the M54 engine — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the Automatic gearbox A5S390R - 4-wheel (24_0986) diagram. It weighs about 173 g (0.4 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
