Genuine BMW Part

Hardtop — a genuine BMW part, number 54 21 2 317 855. The number stamped on the part is 54212317855; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 2317855. You will find it on our Exterior Body shelf, under Other Sliding Roof / Folding Top parts. It supersedes the older number 0018821, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
It weighs about 10 kg (22 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
