It fits every E46 body style (325i and 330i, 2001–2006), with the M54 engine — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the Manual gearbox GS6S37BZ (SMG) (23_0928) diagram. BMW's catalog calls for two of these at each place it is fitted. It weighs about 5 g (under 0.1 lb).
