It fits every E36 body style (318i, 320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M50, M52 or S50 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 6 diagrams, among them Hydro unit ABS/ASC/control unit/support (34_0382) and Brake Pipe Front ABS/ASC+T (34_0486). BMW lists the quantity used as “as required”. It weighs about 125 g (0.3 lb).
