Lashing eye, chrome — a genuine BMW part, number 51 47 7 193 695. The number stamped on the part is 51477193695; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7193695. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Other Body equipment parts. It supersedes the older number 7011328, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits the E46 touring (323i and 325i, 2000–2005), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 16 diagrams, among them Picnic hamper (03_3630) and Trim panel, trunk floor (51_2410). BMW's catalog calls for two of these at each place it is fitted. It weighs about 130 g (0.3 lb).
