This is a genuine BMW leather boot, part number 25 11 8 016 457. The number stamped on the part is 25118016457; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8016457. You will find it on our Transmission shelf, under Gearshift.

It fits the E46 sedan and touring (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and 330i, 1999–2005), with the M52, M54 or M56 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on the Individual leather boot (91_0042) diagram.
