This is a genuine BMW O-ring, part number 11 37 7 514 008. The number stamped on the part is 11377514008; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7514008. You will find it on our Engine shelf, under Other Engine parts.
It fits every E46 body style (316i, 316ti, 318i and 318ti, 2001–2004), with the N42 or N46 engines.
BMW draws it on the Cylinder head (11_3177) diagram. BMW's catalog calls for four of these at each place it is fitted. It also comes in BMW kits Gasket set cylinder head asbestos free (0308857) and Gasket set cylinder head asbestos free (0391974).
