08 View BMW DiagramSee this part on the official exploded view→This is a genuine BMW pipe, part number 65 25 1 390 728. The number stamped on the part is 65251390728; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1390728. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Amplifier. It supersedes the older numbers 1390730 and 1391589, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
BMW draws it on 2 diagrams, among them Antenna-Diversity (65_0182) and Antenna-Diversity (65_2142). It weighs about 46 g (0.1 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
