Poplar wooden strip f radio flap — a genuine BMW part, number 51 45 8 402 252. The number stamped on the part is 51458402252; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8402252. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Covering, inner. It supersedes the older number 8266140, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
BMW draws it on the High-grade wood version, light poplar (51_3790) diagram. It weighs about 100 g (0.2 lb). It also comes in BMW kit Set of poplar wooden covers (8268391).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
