Genuine BMW part 65 12 9 061 564: Radio Bavaria C Reverse II. The number stamped on the part is 65129061564; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9061564. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Radio, amplifier, CD player. It supersedes the older number 9058623, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E36 sedan (318i, 320i and 325i, 1992–1998), with the M40 or M50 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 5 diagrams, among them Radio Bavaria C (65_0022) and Radio Bavaria C (65_0023). It weighs about 1.5 kg (3.3 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
