Genuine BMW part 66 12 8 377 839: Radio remote control cover. The number stamped on the part is 66128377839; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 8377839. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Radio-controlled locking system. It supersedes the older number 8369724, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M42, M43, M44, M50, M52 or S50 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 17 diagrams, among them Key with battery (up to 09/99) (41_0012) and Door handle front/lock/key (41_0894).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
