Retrofit kit — a genuine BMW part, number 31 42 9 058 155. The number stamped on the part is 31429058155; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9058155. You will find it on our Suspension shelf, under Telescopic fork, Telelever. It supersedes the older numbers 1452014 and 1452251, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
It weighs about 382 g (0.8 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
