This is a genuine BMW return pipe, part number 11 15 7 513 903. The number stamped on the part is 11157513903; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7513903. You will find it on our Engine shelf, under Crankcase ventilation. It supersedes the older number 7503522, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits every E46 body style (316i, 316ti, 318i and 318ti, 2001–2004), with the N42 or N46 engines.

BMW draws it on the Crankcase-Ventilation/oil separator (11_3180) diagram. It weighs about 40 g (under 0.1 lb).
