Set of adjusting plates — a genuine BMW part, number 24 27 1 421 722. The number stamped on the part is 24271421722; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1421722. You will find it on our Transmission shelf, under Sealing kits. It supersedes the older number 1219289, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M50, M52, S50 or S52 engines — and the European-market versions.
