The number stamped on the part is 51217126983; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7126983. You will find it on our Interior Body shelf, under Other Body equipment parts. It supersedes the older number 7065224, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
It weighs about 780 g (1.7 lb). It also comes in BMW kits Set uniform lock.syst. w/CAS cntrl(code) (0031378) and Set uniform lock.syst. w/CAS cntrl(code) (0031379) and 6 more.
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
