This is a genuine BMW ski carrier, part number 82 72 0 406 587. The number stamped on the part is 82720406587; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 0406587. You will find it on our Merchandise & Accessories shelf, under Other Universal Accessories parts. It supersedes the older numbers 0002093, 0420683, 9404370, 9405860 and 1 other, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i and 325i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 26 diagrams, among them Komfort ski holder (03_3256) and Komfort ski holder (03_3257). It weighs about 3.5 kg (7.6 lb).

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
