The number stamped on the part is 84430027783; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 0027783. You will find it on our Instruments & Electronics shelf, under Other Communication systems parts. It supersedes the older number 0004583, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, convertible and touring (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i, 330i and M3, 1999–2006), with the M52, M54 or S54 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on 4 diagrams, among them Navi.syst.without SA602/spare parts only (03_2299) and Navi.syst.without SA602/spare parts only (03_2300). It weighs about 88 g (0.2 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
