What's Included

This is a genuine BMW spark plug, part number 12 12 9 063 428. The number stamped on the part is 12129063428; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9063428. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Ignition lead, spark plugs. It supersedes the older numbers 1469529 and 1704399, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.

It fits every E36 body style (318i, 318ti, 320i, 323i, 325i and 328i, 1992–1999), with the M40, M42, M43, M44, M50 or M52 engines — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on 18 diagrams, among them ignition wiring/sparkplug (12_0037) and Spark plug (12_0085). It weighs about 45 g (under 0.1 lb). It also comes in BMW kits Service kit, service-inspection I (2157555) and Service kit, service-inspection I (2157556) and 2 more.

We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
