The number stamped on the part is 07129908135; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9908135. You will find it on our Supplies & Hardware shelf, under Group 12. It supersedes the older number 9909088, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 9901917.
It fits every E36 body style (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M50, M52, S50 or S52 engines — and the European-market versions.
