This is a genuine BMW switch unit light / ALC, part number 61 31 9 133 028. The number stamped on the part is 61319133028; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9133028. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Switch. It supersedes the older number 6965391, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan, coupe, convertible and touring (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and 330i, 1999–2006), with the M52 or M54 engines — and the European-market versions.
BMW draws it on the Switch unit, light (61_1060) diagram. It weighs about 250 g (0.6 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
