This is a genuine BMW washer, part number 07 11 9 904 826. The number stamped on the part is 07119904826; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9904826. You will find it on our Supplies & Hardware shelf, under Group 11. It supersedes the older numbers 0392056, 9931660 and 9931697, so a part carrying any of them is the same part.
It fits the E36 sedan, coupe and convertible (M3, 1995–1999), with the S50 engine.
BMW draws it on 36 diagrams, among them Cylinder head Vanos (11_1305) and Vanos Cylinder Head Mounting Parts (11_6116). BMW's catalog calls for two of these at each place it is fitted. It also comes in BMW kits Set of parts f windshield (7685197) and Installing Set Automatic Air Conditioner (9405891).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
