01 View BMW DiagramSee this part on the official exploded view→Manufacturer certification — a genuine BMW part, number 01 20 0 006 538. The number stamped on the part is 01200006538; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 0006538. You will find it on our Supplies & Hardware shelf, under Installation instructions. It supersedes the older number 9415390, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
It fits the E46 sedan and coupe (320i, 323i and 328i, 1999–2005), with the M52 engine.
BMW draws it on the Manufacturer certification BMW (01_0644) diagram. It weighs about 22 g (under 0.1 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
