This is a genuine BMW throttle valve switch, part number 13 63 1 703 562. The number stamped on the part is 13631703562; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 1703562. You will find it on our Air Intake shelf, under Electromechanical switching devices.

It fits every E36 body style (320i, 323i, 325i, 328i and M3, 1992–1999), with the M50, M52, S50 or S52 engines — and the European-market versions.
