Sold as part of these kits
This is a genuine BMW body nut, part number 07 12 9 900 629. The number stamped on the part is 07129900629; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 9900629. You will find it on our Supplies & Hardware shelf, under Group 12. It supersedes the older number 0301429, so a part carrying that number is the same part.
BMW's catalog records no E36 or E46 it is fitted to; it belongs to other BMW models.
BMW draws it on 11 diagrams, among them Trim panel, bumper, front (51_4183) and exterior trim / grille (51_4187). It also comes in BMW kits Retrofit, visible exhaust (0445411) and Axle cover installation kit (9415405).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
