This is a genuine BMW torque converter, part number 24 40 7 535 290. The number stamped on the part is 24407535290; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7535290. You will find it on our Transmission shelf, under Other Automatic transmission parts. It supersedes the older number 7518752, so a part carrying that number is the same part. It weighs about 18 kg (40 lb).
We have not had one on the shelf yet. Request it and we will tell you when one comes off a car.
