Genuine BMW part 12 14 7 513 584: Control unit DME programmed (exchange unit). The number stamped on the part is 12147513584; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7513584. BMW's catalog calls it “EXCH control unit DME programmed”. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Other Engine Electrical System parts. It supersedes the older number 7501901, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 7528752.

It fits the E46 sedan and coupe (323i, 1999–2000), with the M52 engine — and the European-market versions.

BMW draws it on the Control unit DME, programmed (12_0897) diagram.
