Genuine BMW part 12 14 7 530 882: Control unit DME programmed (exchange unit). The number stamped on the part is 12147530882; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7530882. BMW's catalog calls it “EXCH control unit DME programmed”. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Other Engine Electrical System parts. It supersedes the older number 7522719, so a part carrying that number is the same part.

It fits the E46 convertible (318i, 2001–2003), with the N42 engine.

BMW draws it on the Repl.control unit DME programmed / EK924 (12_1134) diagram. It weighs about 500 g (1.1 lb).
