This is a genuine BMW control unit DME programmed (exchange unit), part number 12 14 7 545 619. The number stamped on the part is 12147545619; BMW's catalog files it under the short number 7545619. BMW's catalog calls it “EXCH control unit DME programmed”. You will find it on our Electrical shelf, under Other Engine Electrical System parts. It supersedes the older number 7539502, so a part carrying that number is the same part. BMW has since replaced it with 7571607.

It fits the E46 sedan (320i, 2001–2005), with the M54 engine.
